Professional Highlights


  • Created the Learning Environment Toolkit: Creating and Sustaining a Safe, Caring and Effective Learning Environment and related training sessions to aid first-year educational volunteers
  • Revamped the Coaching Program for a site at a national nonprofit (toolkit, methodology, seven training sessions, systems, feedback gathering & analysis)
  • Created sustainable protocols and processes to allow for more effective and efficient programming
  • Implemented and evaluated programming based on nonprofit mission and community needs
